Good morning my friends, a classic Sunday option for food today with many delicious ingredients but easy way of cooking, let’s see how will do it

Ingredients

1000 gr. pork shoulder cut into pieces
1/4 cup olive oil
1 onion cut into slices
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 medium Florin peppers in slices
2 green horn peppers in slices
1/2 cup tomato on the grater
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1/3 cup red wine
1/2 tbsp. grated oregano
1/2 tbsp. grated rosemary
1/2 tbsp. smoked paprika
salt & freshly ground pepper

Preparation

1. In a large pan, heat the oil and sauté the meat. Once it starts to redden, add the onion, garlic, peppers, paprika and salt and pepper. Once the peppers are soft, add the tomato paste and stir once or twice. Extinguish with wine.
2. Add the grated tomato, 2 cups of hot water and let it boil for about 60 minutes until the meat is tender. If necessary, add a little hot water in between.
3. Once the food is ready and left with its oil, add the oregano and rosemary, turn off the heat, stir and serve.
