Good morning my friends, for another one time I decide to create my favorite pizza boats with a little bit different recipe, let’s see how will do it


150 gr. flour for all uses
6 gr. dry yeast (3/4 of a sachet)
1/2 teaspoon sweet sugar
1/2 teaspoon sweet salt
80 - 90 ml of water
30 ml olive oil

For the coating

250 gr. cheese of our choice, grated
2 horn peppers, in frames
4 eggs
1 medium tomato, sliced
1 teaspoon olive oil soup
salt, freshly ground pepper


Dough: Pour all the dough ingredients into the mixer bucket or a deep bowl and knead with the hook (the special mixer accessory for kneading) or with your hands, for about 5 minutes, until a smooth and soft dough. Cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for about 1 hour, until the dough swells and doubles in volume.

Flour a smooth work surface and shape the dough into 4 balls.

Cover them with a cotton towel and leave them for another 30 minutes, until they swell again. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and cover the oven plate with oil glue. We shape each ball of dough, we open it giving it the characteristic shape of the boat that the peinirli have and we put them in the pan.

Filling: In a small pan, sauté the pepper in the oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until it softens slightly. Remove and set aside for about 4-5 minutes, to cool. Divide the cheese in the peinirli, sprinkle with the pepper and tomato and bake on the lowest shelf of the oven for 10-12 minutes.

Remove the pan from the oven, "break" an egg in each peinirli (be careful not to spill it on the outside), season with salt and pepper and bake for another 7-8 minutes or until done.
