Good morning my friends, a family dinner for tonight, easy to cook and lovely delicious results, let’s see the ingredients for 6-8 person

Ingredients

12 thick lamb chops from thigh or nephramia (cut about 2-3 cm)
5-6 potatoes cut into large pieces or whole baby
10 cherry tomatoes cut in half
1 tbsp. tomato paste
½ flitz. τσαγ. olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
½ flit.ts. wine
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary
Salt
Freshly ground green pepper

Preparation

Place the ribs in a pan and season with salt and pepper.
In a large bowl, add the potatoes, cherry tomatoes, the pulp, the olive oil, the wine, the garlic, the vinegar and finally, if you want, a little rosemary for extra aroma, otherwise thyme. Season with salt and pepper, mix well and pour the mixture into the pan with the ribs.
Bake them in the oven at 180 ° C for 45-50 minutes and you are ready to try a different oven.
You can accompany it with a nice cool dip with dill and yogurt.
