Good morning my friends, today I got for you a special and traditional recipe from Greek island kerkyra , let’s see how will do it


1 kg of beef, in slices about 2cm thick.
3-4 cloves of garlic, in thin slices
Or cup of white wine
Or a cup of vinegar
4 teaspoons chopped parsley soup
2 bay leaves (optional)
1 cup olive oil
Salt Pepper
flour for frying


Sprinkle the slices of meat with flour. Heat half the olive oil in a pan and fry the beef until it turns brown. Remove the slices from the pan and set aside.

In a shallow saucepan, heat the remaining olive oil, sauté the garlic until soft and add the parsley and bay leaf.

Place the meat on top of the parsley so that all the slices fit. When the meat starts to cook, quench it with the wine and then with the vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and add water until the meat is covered.

Cover the pot and let the food simmer for about 1 hour or until the meat is tender. Serve with french fries or mashed potatoes.
