1 rabbit
1 kg of potatoes, in chunks
1 onion, in chunks
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 glass of white wine
1 sprig of rosemary
10 fresh mushrooms
2 cups vegetable broth
1 cup olive oil
2 cups hot water
mixed peppers (black, white, pink, green)


In the evening, wash the rabbit, cut it into portions and place it in the hull. Add the onion, garlic, rosemary leaves, mushrooms, oil and peppers and pour over the wine. Cover with the lid of the hull and leave it in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, take it out of the fridge and add the potatoes, the vegetable broth, a little black pepper and salt. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix all the ingredients of the hull, cover with the lid and bake in the oven for about 2½ hours. After 1 hour check if the food juice is saved and add a little hot water accordingly until the bunny is cooked.
