Good morning my friends, today a special cooking event and for me the double cheese pie is the only way to make everyone happy in my family. Don’t be afraid the recipe is easy and don’t need many ingredients , let’s see the recipe


1 pack of crust sheets (10-12 sheets)
400 gr. slice
150 gr. grated cow gruyere
200 gr. yoghurt
3 eggs
150 ml olive oil for the leaves


1) Crush the feta in a bowl. Mix it with the cow gruyere, the strained yogurt, the eggs and freshly ground pepper and leave it aside while we prepare the leaves.

2) Put the olive oil in a bowl. Grease a round or elongated pan and spread five sheets, oiling each well with the help of a brush. Spread all the filling over the fifth sheet and continue with five more sheets, oiling each well.

3) Fold the edges of the sheets well in the pan. Cut the pie into as many pieces as you want and bake it in a preheated oven, at 190oC, for 45-50 minutes.

4) Leave the cheesecake to cool slightly and serve hot, ideally at room temperature.
