Good morning my friends, today I will represent you my discovery, I call this chickenest, an easy recipe with not many ingredients.

For chicken nest you will need

✅of course chicken , without bones
✅bacon slides or better cut in small cubes
✅Greek cheese kefalotyri (is a cheese near Parmesan)
✅ big eggplants

That’s all my friends, just cut the eggplant , empty them and put the other ingredients inside , cover everything with your cheese and bake it for 20 minutes at 180 .
