Hello everyone !

Since before the lockdown my team and I were preparing the shooting of our 15 minutes length short movie named "Le petit vélo" - "The little bicycle"

The funding of this movie was very hard. We didn't get the money we wanted. But we're still shooting it ! 

This is a school project so they are giving us some equipment as camera, microphones, lights and others. For exemple de are shooting with a Arri Alexa Mini, Wich is a really professional camera. Used for the movie Green Book, Joker or Blade Runner 2049.

I am the editor of the movie, that's why I'm able to write this during the 3rd day of shooting. Most of the time here my job is to block people to not see them at the camera.

The story is about a little bike who lost is grand brother in an accident and he has to face his sad ess and anger.

We're shooting in a place where there are a lot of construction sites, tractors and fences.

Fortunately, with the camera we are able to show only the bike.

The most difficult part of the day is the sun. We may be in brittany but it's still pretty strong. Most of the team finish the previous day with sunburns.

we're forced to be under the sun the whole day because there is just no shadow around us.

My job is to make a backup of every files shot during the day. I'll try to share some pictures here in the next days. But thanks to the camera crew, we have really good images.

To follow the bike we must use a car, and we had to attach it to a bar attached to the camera. It looks really handmade but it works perfectly.
