A man with the last name Cassin invented a capacitor for Direct Current and was another rival of Edison, went to Phoenix, Arizona to buy the town, the man had all the money for it but very close to his arrival to the town he died unexpectedly. (This was when it was a town in the 20's or 30's, not worth much as a way of passive income. Life can be so fickle.)
