This is my first blog post so I thought I'd start with a little bit about me and a small update on what I'm hoping this blog will be about.

I've been involved with Crypto since the SHIB price explosion of September 2021 and I have what I feel is quite a diverse portfolio (not a rich one mind you!). Currently I'm just accumulating in very small amounts in the hopes that of gaining some form of financial freedom in the coming years. I'll probably go into a bit more detail about what I've got at a later date.

This blog will mostly be about sandwiches or other bready foods I've made in recent times, as you can see in the image below, they aren't with typical ingredients!

Now this sandwich (or roll or whatever you want to call it), has a filling of chicken tikka pieces, sliced white cheddar and some bacon flavoured wheatos (baked wheat tubes with bacon flavouring on top). I quite enjoyed this one as the chicken tikka pieces were picked up from a local deli (I'm not skilled enough at cooking to make chicken tikka to this quality).

This will be all for my first post, hopefully I'll see you all soon with another!
