We were in a forested mountain, and Just below our feet was a valley head down to the roaring river with the most beautiful view.
The valley had a gentle slope and was covered with dried yellow leaves, and you could easily slide on the path and go down to the river.
We put our bikes on the side of the road and came down the valley, hoping to find a smooth place over the river for breakfast and some rest.
The air was mildly cool, and the morning had not yet been covered with the bitter coldness of autumn.
I told my friends: “Today is not a very cold day. So I want to go for a river bath!
I started tempting my friends. Some did not believe that one would want to go into the river in fall. Finally, with a lot of temptation and whining, I took a few people with me.
We walked the steep slope of the valley to get near the river. I was about to fall and it emptied under my feet a few times, but we finally came down.
When we reached the water, I took off my shoes and walked involuntarily on the smooth and polished rocks. The water was cold, the rocks were holding me still and I was almost shivering.
The river was not deep and you could not swim in it. But some parts of it were deep enough that you could lie down and immerse your whole body underwater.
I moved slowly. And I stood right in the middle of the river. The clear water was moving next to my feet and I was watching the most beautiful view of my life.
Curious looks along with a laugh were waiting from my friends to see if I’m going to go for it or not!
I followed the decision, smiled, and suddenly laid under the water ...
An incredible cold attacked my being and suddenly all the tiredness and pain and torment flew away.
