In Lisar, one of the villages of Guilan province in Iran, there is a semi-ruined but exceptional castle that is rarely visited. It is enough to pay attention to the signs at the entrance of the village to see this castle made of mud bricks that stand tall among the mountains and trees and the greenery around it.
We rode our bikes there by a few trusted and loving friends and crossed a short but steep path to reach the castle. Cycling there was easy.
Red bricks were laid at the bottom of the structure as if they wanted to repair the ancient almost destroyed building. But it seemed ridiculous because the main wall of the castle is not red, and these repairs, although needed, will greatly destroy the special and old appearance of the castle.
We carried our bikes on our shoulders and climbed the high, rugged, brick stairs. I always experience fear and anxiety when climbing somewhere without walls both sides as if I want to go higher, but a feeling in my heart keeps me from going and worries me. My bike is heavy and sturdy and it is difficult to lift it, at the same time I’m starting to shake from fear and my feet get cold but I don’t want to quit!
eventually, one of the brave boys came to my aid and we finally went up ...
The castle itself is not very attractive but what makes this castle amazing is the irresistible view of the dark clouds, rice fields, wooded mountains, forest, and sea at a glance.
You can see them all in one view from above, and that really gives nature an infinite face.
From above, how glorious the world looks. Although everything has become small and insignificant, nothing has diminished the glory of this unique nature.
I wanted to sit on top forever.
