As a nature lover who spends a lot of time with trees, beaches, and animals, I might say it sometimes gets really hard. And the hardest part is not when you are caught in a mountain without water, but rather trickier!

Cycling does not always leave an unforgettable joy. Sometimes events and people make you unhappy and you want to forget the whole thing.

One of these is the experience of being with people who are overbearing, cold, and unkind. When you are with a group where people convey negative and upsetting feelings, jealousy, inattention, and complacency, your heart gets cold little by little as you can feel it gradually, so when it is not too late, you feel not wanting to be there. You want to distance yourself from them, but you assume not having a choice. Like you have to stay with these people forever because social protocols dictate this.

It's not bad to know that you do not have to stay with what makes you bitter and frustrated. You can distance yourself from this environment from the very beginning. The same thing I did. You can stay away suddenly or step by step.

Gradually distance yourself and reach out to people who ignite warmth and love in your being. Be like them and think of light, warmth, and beauty. It does not matter and nature will stay by your side with all its warmth and love if you listen to its voice ...
