While all the cities of Iran have become “Red zones” in terms of the COVID-19, worries have pervaded everyone, and fear has almost made me reluctant to join the cycling group.

But on the one hand, I told myself that exercise and cycling are the best way to fight this disease, especially in the lush and gorgeous nature of spring, which is pleasant and joyful.

On the other hand, I’d decided, despite all the friendships between me and the guys, to wear two masks all the time and stay away from everybody as much as possible.

I was away even while eating breakfast, considering all the expectations, I had to observe the social distancing, keep the people happy with a kind attitude and enjoy the scenery also.

I was pondering the blossoming, bird cheering's, and the landscapes regaining their green leaves bit by bit in mild weather.

The tea made over firewood had such wonderful taste…

A friend who always collects garbage in nature and I like his beautiful morals very much.

A bridge over the river and a cyclist friend that, just like me, was distancing himself from other people because of Pandemic, and that is why I admired him.
