Today, on the way to the beach, I came across an interesting dog, committed to the cause badly!
I had seen many herding dogs, but the behavior of this particular animal was completely outstanding at that moment.
A herd of cows was in the middle of a road and wasn’t moving for some reason. I was riding my bike as I was getting close, watched the scene, which the poor dog created, obsessively trying to make the cows move out of the road.
The seriously committed animal would run around the cows, barking at them sensitively and anxiously, trying to keep them off the road. Three of the cows went to one side and the other cows were left undecided and did not move.
Early in the morning, the road was deserted and there were not many cars there, however, this did not cause the conscientious dog to lose its sharp vigilant.
The shepherd, standing behind, smiling and did not seem too worried. The responsible dog, on the other hand, was extremely worried and stressed, barking at the lazy cows and trying to steer them in a safe direction.
When I returned, I saw that the cows were each in a corner, and the dog was standing a little further away, sharpening its ears.
I wish some of us humans had a bit of responsibility like this animal. When I passed by, I was very upset that I did not take a picture of it. The next time I ride this road, I’ll definitely take a picture.
