These days can be considered the darkest days in our country, Iran in recent decades. People are at the peak of hardship and poverty. On top of that, the dictator government continues undermining freedom, lawfulness in every concept and nothing seems to be changing. The COVID-19 disaster and refusal of authorities to buy the right Vaccine are getting ridiculous!
Every family in a corner is struggling to put food on the table and at the same time, find a way not to be swallowed by pain and despair. People are getting cruel with each other, pushing others off the boat, the good ones in prison or dead already… a broken community indeed.
Hey! Wiseman!
Are you drunk or sober?
Are you asleep or awake?
In the black night
In this dark time
From left and right
From far and close
Someone is screaming, screaming
Hey!, you! the sorrow!
Who fell on my chest
Like a freaking night hag
Take your hands off my throat
The city’s streets are filled with strays
Hearts, filled with pain
The city, filled with braves
And the cowards
Hey! Wiseman!
Different gardens exist!
Some filled with flowers
Others full of thorns
We have different men
A man who works!
A man who won’t!
And a man who is hanged!

Hey! Wiseman!
There is a breeze in the streets
Strolling!
Autumn has come in the gardens!
It came to destroy it!
In the sky, the moon is pained
For painless pain
Autumn has come! Autumn has come!
