Russula mushrooms are perhaps the most colorful of all mushrooms. They are red, yellow, green, green-brown, yellow-orange and various combinations of these shades. Because of this, these mushrooms are interesting objects to photograph, despite the fact that not all mushroom pickers consider them valuable and take to their basket. I also don't like the taste of Russula so I don't always take it, although by far most Russula species are edible mushrooms.
