Armillaria mellea (also called honey mushrooms) is an edible mushroom, which is gathered in our region massively in the autumn, mainly in order to pickle. But although the powder from dried honey mushrooms has a pronounced mushroom aroma and is suitable as a seasoning for various dishes. However, enough gastronomic details, let's just enjoy the photos!
