BTC has been trying and failing three times to get above the resistance level ( $11160)

and is forming higher lows just like the previous formation,

As you see in the chart below, BTC formed a resistance at $9361, it tried and failed five times to get above that level and formed higher lows.) 

It seems that Bitcoin repeats itself in the very short term?
