Sunday Summer Storm

An unexpected day, one of those that you don't know whether to get up or stay in bed. It's Sunday.
Your mind is spinning and you decide to take a walk...
It's hot but it's early, it will be cooler outside, near the sea. Here we go.

Surely the sun will already be there high up, one more day, another sunny Sunday.
But it's an unexpected day, it's cloudy.
Thicker, darker clouds approaching, while I recede.
Farther without thinking, until thinking of returning.

Feeling the humid air, that wind that clears my mind.
That wind that brings those clouds, each time darker, each time closer.
Now so close that without believing it I feel the rain on my skin.
A relief, raindrops that intermingle with those of sweat.
And the wind caresses my hair. What a feeling!

The drops are delicate, soft and fresh but incessant.
They don't stop and neither do I.
And suddenly, strong lightning flashing in a different sky, leaden, that fades with the sea.
More electric light that gives me energy to continue against the wind, my face is wet.
Thunderous thunders that put the music of such a magical moment, it's a wonder.

I feel privileged, powerful and at peace.
I feel harmony and consonance with everything that surrounds me, the storm surrounds me.
A storm that I carried in my head, in leaden dreams and uncomfortable, strange and heavy thoughts.
Like the air itself.
Stark sensation, out of nowhere.

Now I breathe. I feel energy, it surrounds me, the wind lifts me up and the rain gives me life.
I think, I feel, I see, I hear, I perceive, I smile... an instant that changes everything.

An electric moment that leads me to this real writing, alive and unexpected, like the storm.
I don't know if it's automatic, I don't know if it makes sense just I write what I feel, without understanding it, it's that simple and if not, let's get some... fresh breeze.

Everything is fast, everything will pass.
An unexpected, desired, felt and lived surprise rain that comes to refresh this strange morning.
A great relief and an unique sensation, charged with light, colors and hope.
