To write freely, just thoughts expressed in words, in front of a screen and on a keyboard. And I think, I think about many things and I just write.

I write about different moments and situations, which produce different emotions and sensations that come to us every day when we wake up. The days are never identical, small details or circumstances change just as our mood changes up and down at the same time, nothing stays the same.

Success

Sometimes we feel up, like on a cloud, we fly towards success or so we think. Everything goes well, we win, we receive compliments and we celebrate. We smile and motivate ourselves more, we feel invincible and we think we deserve it, because we have worked hard, we have been original and creative, or we have been smart and kind. This is how we get our reward in life, because although we feel luck on our side, it is much more than luck.

It happens in the same way in different areas of our life. Also in this virtual world of online texts that others read, vote and comment on. Some articles suddenly seem to like a lot to other users, either for inspirational words or stunning photos, or both. We are surprised that this is the case, we enjoy it and we are grateful, knowing that it does not always happen. Perhaps it also has something to do with some algorithm, or in general life, chance, talent or destiny?

Get so high that we can almost touch the sky or the sun. What happiness to feel that for once, or several times... we have succeeded, that we have achieved it, our objective fulfilled. We keep sweetening our ears with congratulations and more compliments. Another award, another dream come true.

Failure

But as they say, it's easy to get to the top but hard to stay. We already know that everything can happen that from one moment to another things change third, without a reason or due to some error, bad luck or something else, everything fails. Everything crashes and falls apart.

We fall from the cloud, in the worst cases, in free fall. What happened? We are responsible, we have to face it and face the no longer sweet reality. And a great feeling of guilt and frustration invades us, we give a thousand turns to everything we have done, we rebuild it looking for where the mistake was, where we could have done something different, but we can never turn back. What's done is done, let's admit it, we have failed, although like everything we have to think that perhaps it was something temporary.

The bitterness remains, "what a pity, with all that I had tried..." words and remorse stun our heads. We have a hard time letting it go, but we have to do it. As also happens in these posts that we publish, some are not read by almost anyone, few vote for us and despite the time spent, the work, the editing, the constant commitment and growth strategies, we feel again at the starting point, stagnant.

But like everything, we can always try again, we can always decide to move on.

Other dreams

And we can dream again. After each fall, we can get up again, set new aims, create new illusions and achieve new goals. Why not?

Actually we keep flying, circling, up and down, everything is a cycle, and when we are up we enjoy the views, when we are down we feel like we are sinking, but really we just have to look up again, at the blue sky and make a wish.

Dreams and wishes, we all have ours, small and big. We daydream, they are the best dreams, because they are full of desires... the desire to succeed, to feel proud, satisfied and happy, to win and celebrate. We may not be flying to the top now, but we still enjoy the journey, weathering strong storms, improving our capabilities, strengthening our hope and looking ahead, heading into the unknown, an exciting journey of ups and downs like in a boat and definitively we will improve, learn and be better.

We will succeed again and also fail, but more dreams will also come. This is life.
