I am awakening, not only my body but my soul. And I feel what I can not explain, I feel everything, I feel good, I feel the energy and I keep running... to the beach. Maybe I could even get to the following beach but it's a little further, but I could get to the end of the world. But I decide to go back, that's enough, I am leaving, I am here, now writing this after feeling the nature of reality.
And reality is sometimes cold like the wind in winter on a morning, early while the sun tries to rise... and with the movement the ideas arise, they don't stop, neither do our legs. All thoughts now seem to come to mind and we think. I think about the changes that are so desired that never arrive but that we yearn for...
But suddenly one day you realize that those changes will come true, somehow, the details don't matter or they do, but that can't be helped. And the feeling frustrates us because it's not what we expected, we don't feel the emotions we thought we would have, it's never the same as we thought.
We actually feel strange, a feeling that we don't really know how to describe or maybe yes, maybe it's fear. It can be. Because changes are scary, both those that come by surprise without our wanting them as well as those that we were eagerly awaiting. Those are also scary, because the uncertainty is the same. In the end we don't know how everything will go, and perhaps that's even scarier because we had many plans and ideas in our heads, and what if they don't turn out the way we thought or wanted? That's what's scary.
But we have to return to our inner center, to calm, to reflect, that everything is fine, that it is for a reason, that we will make an effort to follow the path, because now we cannot stop, nor go back. Step by step until we achieve what we want, we always move forward.
The light of the sun guides us, also our spirit and all our energy that we put into what we are doing. And suddenly, the incessant thoughts are gone and we return to reality, where are we? A beautiful place, the sun, the sea and us. It's the same cold wind still.
We smile, we breathe, we turn around, we have to go back, get excited again, continue, have hope and feel in total harmony.
