There are few days of summer left, at least according to calendar dates in the northern hemisphere, and the air is already different, somewhat cooler, and a degree lower in temperature. But we look at the sky and it is still blue and bright, the sun is still there warming us up, they continue to accompany us although for fewer hours... because each day now has fewer hours of light, days are getting shorter, and in sunny weather that we have, what do we do?

We have to take advantage of the sun and its good warm light, whatever you can. And seeing the weather forecasts for the next few days, all the more reason. Because it seems that clouds are coming and with them some rain, that's what it seems, we'll see… it will be a little cooler too. Will autumn really arrive then, coinciding with the same date of the autumn equinox on the next day 23?

It may be, so I took advantage of a little while and quickly went to the beach today too, after several days of many activities and tasks, and those that remain. But being so close, why not go there, and to get closer?

Then to get closer, step on the still hot sand and of course, swim in the sea. And the sea was perfect, like everything around. Much less people, peaceful silence, relaxing waves and transparent, clean water at a perfect temperature. Fresh without being cold yet and without being hot yet.

What a pleasure! Swim a little and let yourself be carried away by the current between the gentle waves without seeing almost anyone around, alone in the immensity of the sea. A moment for time to stop.

But time does not stop, on the contrary, it goes faster and faster, and the weather also changes, we look at the sky and in the distance there are some clouds, will those be the ones that will arrive tomorrow? I don't know, tomorrow we'll see, we'll feel on our skin if the air changes. Now for the moment we enjoy the moment, there is still nice and pleasant hot to get wet in the sea and dry in the sun.

And in the sea, almost as if it were a signal, swimming over and under the waves, one of those waves brought a gift, a seagull feather, from one that flew over the sea enjoying the views and the magnificent day. A great feather, like the ones they once used to write, and I've brought it with me, as a souvenir or symbol of a summer that fades, that is coming to an end, that flies away, and little moments like this remain. And without using the feather as a pen but using the keyboard, I write shortly afterwards about these last sensations of the summer.

Goodbye summer (or maybe not, because some years in October and November it was still a little hot, even for swimming too, although this year I don't know...) and welcome beautiful autumn, another season of the year in which we will enjoy other unique moments and specials. So in fact during the whole all year and always.
