Ingredients:
Cajun Chef or Louisiana brand hot sauce (Preferably Cajun Chef)
Domestic Beer
One Lime
1. Grab a cold frosted mug or beer glass from your freezer.
2. Cut one lime in half, juice one half into your glass, save the other half for later.
3. Add enough hot sauce to cover bottom of your glass, adjust to taste.
4. (Optional) Cover rim of glass with lime juice and salt.
5. Pour beer into your glass and enjoy! (mixing optional)
