Welcome back to the only crypto segment where confidence is high, evidence is optional, and everyone's a visionary in a bull market. Ready for another episode of Sarcasm Saturday?
This week we're handing out completely unofficial awards to the industry's finest achievements: the loudest predictions, the strongest cope, the most creative narratives!
The FIFA World Cup made me think about the projects that somehow turned "we're early" into a four-year business model. These takes are seasoned with sarcasm and sprinkled with truth!
Let's begin. My hot take is that during the World Cup prediction markets are going to create more financial pain than any meme coin cycle. There's the Limitless Road To Legend campaign to check!
We are invited to push our way for a share of $1,000,000 in prizes, based on activity! Give it a try but he uncomfortable truth is that the easier a market feels, the more dangerous it usually is
I think millions will lose more money on World Cup prediction markets than they earn in an entire year, then convince themselves it was a data-driven investment.
Watching the hype around Rally as a reminder me the biggest edge is knowing when not to play. The second biggest edge is to know when to sell for profit and cash-out ATH candles!
I became obsessed with understanding this industry, learning how decentralized systems worked, studying market cycles, exploring new protocols, and trying to understand where the future was heading.
I'd like to accept the Crypto Person of the Year 2026 award by thanking my younger self for selling 6.7 BTC in 2015 to pay bills, my current self for not cashing out $444k of $ACX at ATH! I had bags of Across tokens and my stupid sense of loyalty didn't let me press that sell button! Can't say that spectacularly bad timing can be a winning strategy. Diamond hands broke! The wildest thing I ever bought in crypto wasn't a token. It was a Normies NFT! I found the project when almost nobody was talking about it, with no promises of changing the world! Went for the pixel vibe I couldn't stop thinking about. So I aped in even if friends told me NFTs were dead. The smart move was probably to ignore it but instead I bought 11 pieces! I kept holding while the floor kept climbing and at one point my normiesART NFTs were up 115x. ROI completed, profit taken and still holding 6 NFTs I just followed my curiosity and got lucky. That trade taught me something most people in crypto never learn! Sometimes the best investments are the ones that make absolutely no sense to everyone except you. Shoutout to Rally for bringing back the stories behind the trades, not just the PnL screenshots. Let's make NFTs great again... and not the way Spaace marketplace did!
