The reasons why you feel apathy and lost in life

There are 3 possibilities.

1 - The first possibility is depression, when it's in a certain stage you feel emotional apathy and inability to think of the future instead of feeling extremely sad, one quick way to check this one is a simple exercise, try to visualize your future self 10 years from now, if you are incapable of doing it, this means you are very likely to be diagnosed with depression, I recommend seeking a therapist or doing introspection sessions where you try to uncover the root cause and ways to fight it.

2 - The second one is a damage on your belief systems, this one is a bit harder to understand but it happens when an unconscious damaging belief becomes attached to you mind (Ex: Some variations of nihilism, deterministic statements like I will never be happy, loved or be understood, everything is boring, life is unfair therefore there's no point in trying and etc), there are an insane amount of such beliefs that can literally siphon any joy, desire or interest in life, to fix this its extremely necessary you do daily introspection sessions asking yourself questions like:
If I could do anything that I want right now what would it be?
If today were the last day of my life, how would I spend my last 24h?
If I could forget one memory, what would it be?
What do I believe in? about the universe, life, death and myself.
Are my parents happy with their lives? did I unconsciously learn a bad habit/belief thanks to them?
Do I truly matter to anyone? and if not, why do I think so?
Focus on asking questions like the ones above, and then explore further with how, why, where and what questions

3 - A damaged hierarchy of priorities, this one comes either from a lack of self-understanding, a damage in your belief system like described above or living in your comfort zone for too long.

To fix this you need to ask question in a similar fashion as the above case, with a few twist in the questions:

What are the three most important things for me in life? and why did I put them in this order?
What is the only true aspect of me or life I wouldn't be able to live without(Your intelligence/looks/freedom/money etc) ? and why do I think so?
Which one is worse to me, becoming blind, deaf, or unable to feel touch and taste? and why?
What are the priorities of my family and of my parents? Do I want the same thing? do I feel like they project their expectations and desires on me?
If I could remove things like guilty, responsibility and expectations from other people, how my life would look like?

And of course, also see when was the last time you felt truly challenged, fearful and hesitant to fulfill any task you had to face, if you can't pinpoint a moment with those characteristics your apathy comes from a lack of engagement on the world outside your comfort zone, to fight this go to talk with new people and do things you like or at least sounds interesting but think that doesn't fit your character (Things like dancing, singing on a karaoke, doing radical sports and etc).

And to conclude, whatever is the case for you, the only possible way to fix your situation is trough effort, if you believe that you are capable of changing and is willing to make the effort, nothing will stop you from having a wonderful life and feel extreme happiness and satisfaction with time.
