There are no words in our political vocabulary that adequately defines the new legal authority of government over the American People that was initiated last week. Beginning Monday, the legislative and executive branch instituted an historic paradigm of tyranny and shameful ignorance.

In an act of ruthless betrayal of Constitutional law, without warning, 2 branches of the government seceded by acting to eliminate the Constitution as supreme law. An instrument of rights and obligations of citizenship, that just last week was still the envy and inspiration of the world was gutted of authority. Now fully indebted to the Banking Industry, the executive and elected legislators anonymously relinquished the People's authority and ownership of government to the Federal Reserve in all but name and title.
Without warning, in broad daylight, under cover of increasing pandemic in the US, the coup was launched in two decisive acts. The holders of our national debt, the People's loan, owed to the International Banking Industry, tied intrinsically to the Petro and US dollar, demanded payment and conditions to be be met by the Government, in order for it to be allowed to continue to hold power, and a seat at the table of economic control. This week those conditions were granted.

In a move resembling in part national socialism and part global economic hegemony the Federal Reserve is now openly buying U.S. and Foreign Corporate debt, by issuing currency backed at least in part by the U.S. Petro dollar which is ted to the world price of oil. Mannarino The results of these actions are far reaching and involve not only government ownership of corporations, but acquisition of all private, state and municipal bond, foreign national funneled through their central banks, and other outstanding debt. All based on trillions in issuance of Petrodollars. This means the value of each dollar diminishes as each new dollar pursues the same amount of oil. The oil price has now reached a new low and this means an artificial credit bubble exists, is expanding and not being allowed to burst until all assets, presumably until there are other indications, are under the ownership by the Federal Reserve.
This action was taken after consultation with the President of China whose cooperation was necessary. China influences the U.S. dollar by pegging its currency, the yuan, to it.

To say that the legislation passed helps the People deal with the coronavirus infection in the US is a bit like saying, getting your tonsils out helps you eat ice cream. The bill has relief aid for medical response and money for those who are forced to lose income due to lock downs in various states and self quarantine by the public at large. The shame attached to this bill which is the larges spending package in the history of the world, that all House members save one did not want their name attached to it's passage. US Rep. The majority of the bill is aimed at developing the framework for government to expand power through regulation and ownership of private and state assets through the central bank. It also accelerates the process of replacing Constitutional law with something more like national socialism or perhaps as many suggest a one world currency and perhaps a more global authoritarian model.
In fact rather than the product of debate on the floor of the House or consultation with constituents, the population control measures in the bill were written up from a global template and ready to be used in anticipation of a crises. The lock down measures and other elements in the bill can be found in the lockstep section of a Rockefeller Foundation Global Business Network paper titled, Scenarios for the Future of Technology. The bill contains a little thank you to China as well, Coronavirus package contains $11 billion for three international development organizations The main goal of this and all virus bills to follow is to increase government finance of all debt and ownership of assets through government incurred debt relief.
PUBLIC AWARENESS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR GOVERNMENT
The opportunities for the People are tremendous, but the choices are difficult. The electorate must be able to grasp their situation fully and act Constitutionally with haste in the primaries. Unless the debt bubble is fully debated prior to the election, what is still on paper will in effect become a government action of a criminal act under the Constitution. The Federal Reserve is now secretly, in a sense, but actually in broad daylight for anyone to see, buying all the debt with money issued from thin air. This accelerated bubble can only make all national currency soon worthless if continued for an extended period. Worthless currency and with real asset ownership by a central banking system would mean system control over civics, commerce and culture, in a world of diminishing intrinsic value.
Your Life would then be based on political connections and usefulness in the system. The rule of Natural Law however, can never be overturned though all of it's references be burned. The administrative state as currently enforced is a paper animal, and therefore is unable to adapt in nature, even with the greatest military.
This market does not now reflect true value and will either collapse into a chaos requiring a police state, or some banks and businesses must be allowed to fail. The global central band model is artificial and cannot adapt to natural market value based on the intrinsic value of all things. This chaos in social order occurs at the point where the price the public must pay for things needed will cost more than the value the things provide or be unavailable.
In all species, adaptability to survive in nature is achieved by the infinite variety of possibility which is possible, according the the nature of each species. The current central banking model needs increasing conformity in order to maintain control of the People's economy. The Peoples ability to survive, sustain and optimize the mutational structure of our nature, requires the variety of each to be accessible to all and judged by demonstrable results, shared, evaluated and developed. It has never been successful based only on intractable Ideologies enforced through fear.
At this time the International Central Banking System constitutes an existential health and environmental threat to the People Globally.
Maintaining Sustainable Social Order and Civil Society in Nature
The problem for the People is mathematical in nature. Nature creates variety in order for natural mutation to occur. The mathematics our our social order are now defined as economic at this time, by the new administrative state. This economic ideology is the basis their authority. But their ideology of economics is based on a bubble of debt leading to ownership of debt, to evolve a controlling system, requiring increased conformity to succeed. Therefore and authoritarian system built to keep itself in power can never sustain civil society and social order, as Rome Babylon and others, eagerly attest.
An authoritarian structure is poor shelter indeed for the People and is a degradation of our natural ability to thrive. It degrades individual purpose and value, to an unnatural instrument of power useful to others who are ignorant of the laws of nature or are actively complicit in corrupting the social orders ability to survive in nature due to reasons of ideology and/or a personal sense of identity absent all others.
The nature of secrecy surrounding the governments actions this week are an advantage to the People and constitute our last tangible means of directly influencing our destiny. Before the paper election in November, the People must ask, and demand answers to these questions both personally and in public debate. In this way the People still have the authority to decide personally, and the means technology, to share the information which will determine whether our social order and administrative power will corrupt apart or become a force of nature.

Part 2 - CLIMATE CHANGE; BASIS FOR GOVERNMENT SECESSION
As you know there are two sides to the climate debate. the solar activity model and the Co2 man made global warming model. The administrative states most cited justification for ultimate control is based on the People's ability to adjust socially, to survive climate change. Not surprisingly this debate involves discussion of nothing less the the structure of the universe itself, and will inevitably be the basis of all actions going forward, from this moment on and specifically must be addressed in the election of 2020.
The need to marshal the worlds resources in the face of universal agreement as to the inevitability of climate change in some form, began to unfold prior to and accelerated under the UN, directly after WWII. Evidence began to surface as far back as the 1700's of predictable recurring cycles that led to ice ages and then warming periods. These cycles would be later linked to solar activity. It is the basis in part of the Farmers Almanac. All climate scientists agree generations alive in this century are extremely likely to see a radical change in climate come to pass, unless further evidence to contradict what is known today can be found.
THE AGREEMENT BY 99% OF ALL CLIMATE SCIENCE And POLITICAL ACTIVISTS
Both sides of the climate debate agree that drastic climate change is highly likely to occur in this century, and probably will be felt significantly in the next 30 years. Global cartel politicians say that the science indicates 10 years, however we cannot find agreement on this from the scientists studying man made global warming or the polar shift recurring sun cycle model.

The central question in the U.S. upcoming November paper election, and all primaries leading to it is; To what existential purpose must universal order or some kind be organized and what values will be needed to bring to this effort to sustain and thrive naturally on earth.
What is the value of life then, and what is it's purpose for the individual and the species.
NATURAL LAW VS THE BEST AND BRIGHTEST IN GOVERNMENT
Those who oppose the Constitution in this moment, believe it is only the best and brightest who by evidence of their ability to, at this time, own, control and manage, well over 80% of the worlds resources. they believe this naturally makes them the only ones able to create the conditions necessary for transition, no matter what methods they must use.
The Natural Law, side propose to continue the successful idea creation, intellectual, and real property rights, underpinnings, based on natural rights and obligations of birth, that are currently tied to the civil rights framework of the Constitution. This is they say is demonstrably the best method of sustaining social order value and purpose.
The New Globalism Administrative State Best and Brightest Government Solution
After WWI the majority global asset holders looked for the best and brightest to evolve a international government intelligence and enforcement system to finance and share information on various systems of social control. This process of central banking interests beginning to actively guide U.S. Government policy was begun in earnest under Woodrow Wilson at the turn of the century. We know these resulting bank financed state control ideologies as communism, socialism, fascism, etc. But the banking system has funded many dictatorships as well this century for various short term projects.

As they have evolved this system of debt, they ave done so because they believed a solution could not be solved by one nation alone and that a system of control over nations must strengthen, no matter what the cost, due to the impending perceived climate threat. There have been many disagreement among system players and many wars. The best and brightest have been hired by the global majority asset holders of each generation to finance wars, all through debt owned by them in ever increasing amounts. Through the Peoples willingness to take on increased debt the system has been able to dictate international, national, and even regional, policy, economics and culture, into laws and regulations, contrary to popular vote. Many of these measures are openly based on climate science and global health rights, and norms.
Though there is continued disagreement among those in the system as to the best purpose and value needed to make the system complete, they all know that as long as they do not betray the system, no matter what they do, they and their family will remain safe. However millions of people all over the world have been increasingly sharing evidence of this deception. It can be found on WikiLeaks and even mom and pops pages and the kids posts on social media. This is why active secession has begun so quickly by the two branches of the US Government.
Trump Initiates U.S. Petro Dollar Military Global Solution, While Incorporating Chinese Model
Because America is the economic engine of the world, and the American people by a large percentage believe in the Constitution, the prospect of one world order, minus American principles has remained unacceptable. President Trump ran based on this perception and won the election. Then a global power struggle began in the US government.
This ended with phony impeachment. During the process of this struggle, prior to last weeks Federal Reserve and legislative actions, many judges, considered constitutional by all sides were appointed in large numbers by the president. Immediately after the liquidation of Impeachment from the public mind, the pandemic began. Here the power struggle between the two models appears to have resulted in a new international stalemate agreement.
On Monday 03.23.20, this agreement was evidenced by two factors. Behind the scenes negotiations between the Presidents of China and the U.S. before Monday's announcement to begin acquiring ownership of corporations, nations and U.S. states, cities and all private interests by the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserves currency to be issued is backed by the U.S. Petro Dollar at present, which also backs American military pay as an option in case of national emergency.
The anonymous voice vote in the House, passing the virus bill, is the first of many virus bills and others, which will implement the new Fed Policy. this will result in unpayable debt by the People. After the election this debt will be openly announced and a new currency will be debated.
with President Trumps actions to appoint a record number of what most say are Constitution oriented judges, a basic duplicity of motive is implied and one question comes to mind. Is the President acting from a defensive position or is he up for total control? Both sides in the election are speculating.

Their strategy at this time is to hold to first and second amendment rights long enough to force open debate, strip the veil of secrecy from the public discourse, hold lawful and transparent verified citizen voter elections, and if necessary, to become an individual beacon of natural rights and obligations as led by their own sense of greater purpose and value in Creation, as best they are able, while these rights hold.
They argue that America is the economic engine of the world because of the civil rights framework of the Constitution. Apparently they have allies appointed by the President in the courts. We may see many court battles in the coming weeks and months prior to election. Many of these may be liability claims against the global health cartel companies and individuals, due to death and injury, resulting from systematic disinformation from China, W.H.O and international health organizations of record.
If fully implemented in the courts, under the Constitution, and not under prima facie regulations, much of the debt owed to banks may be reclaimed in court. They intend to oppose many other violations of constitutional law during this election season as well, and will succeed according to their ability to build cases and attract funds.
The government petrodollar artificial debt bubble
All of the debt of nations is artificial in the sense that the true value of the assets upon which it is based does not exist. All debt will now be tied to petrodollars which will be issued in the trillions of dollars by the Federal Reserve.
Rather than acquiring the worlds assets by a global system tied to increasingly valueless currency, Constitutional activists argue that the inevitable hardship imposed by this debt tyranny be stopped and all debt owed by corporations that cannot be paid, be liquidated on the free market, and those assets used to develop new ideas necessary to stop the present deteriorating situation, now imposed by conformity and greed.
They further argue that in order for the People to hold order during any transition they must have all ideas and rights protected and that this protection is the engine for creative solutions necessary to solve existential problems in nature always.
