It is very possible that most of you already know the Brave browser and the BAT Token rewards that it gives us for using it as a search engine. Brave stands out for reducing the entry of malware to our browser, tracking our location and blocking all the ads that the pages display when we browse them.

When we download the Brave search engine from time to time, some ads will appear in the corners at the bottom of our screen. By clicking on them we will progressively earn small fractions of the BAT token. Basic attention token is the reward they give us for viewing ads. A token that we can keep in our Uphold or Gemini account and then sell them for the cryptocurrency we want.

To earn more BAT tokens we will first need to go to our rewards control panel and turn off or disable automatic contribution. This way we will take all the tokens that we generate for viewing ads.

Brave has recently included its own search engine that offers the same references as Google Chrome, although it still has a lot to include naturally. They still do not give us anything for using it, so it is still a better option to keep the Google Chrome browser as the default even if we are using Brave.

There is no exact counter to determine how often ads appear, but we can force their appearance by opening new tabs in our browser.

Every 4 open tabs, Brave displays an ad in the next one at the bottom left of the screen. We can repeat this process as many times as we want but it is convenient not to abuse because as I have verified on the third attempt we stop earning BAT Token. A defense system against bots that want to use this little exploit.

Another way to force ads to appear is to visit the pages of advertisers who are promoting their business on Brave. This behavior installs cookies in our browser that make it easier for these pages to appear in Brave ads more frequently. At the moment it only works with its collaborators.

Although the rewards are small, they are quite generous compared to other free earning pages. I have compared the performance of the Brave browser with some Dogecoin and Bitcoin faucets and we would have to spend a week working on several of them to get 5 cents, something that in Brave can be achieved in a couple of days without much effort.

Currently it is an additional option to earn free cryptocurrencies. We can install it on all our devices and link them to the same Uphold account to unify the earnings. You could earn more than 5 dollars a month with a couple of hours of browsing that you normally do already surely and receive nothing in return.
