I am involved with MakerDao and am curious if anyone would be willing to describe their personal feelings about the project in the comments below. Anything, negative or positive, your feelings don't need to be based in reality or a claims backed up with evidence. What actions could the DAO take to improve in the short term to ease negative feelings? Some of us are highly interested in communication problems between MakerDao and people who use its products. The protocol is highly complicated and it is MakerDao's duty to highlights risks, complexities and unknowns. 

On a separate note, The foundation today released a proposed governance framework. This framework could help the community identify the problems, develop solutions and pass those solutions through a formalized process.
