Personally, I am interested in the option 3 which allows to buy Casper for $0.03, but of course I will only invest a very small amount that I can afford to lose.
The developers are well known blockchain developers and among them are some of the early developers of Ethereum. The Casper blockchain uses a wasm (web assembly smart contracts) protocol that simplifies programming and will have the goal to reach more than 30 million developers.
Nobody knows now if the project will be successful but Casper wants to play a key role in the crypto industry.
Time will tell whether Casper, the Future-Proof Blockchain Built for Enterprise Adoption, will be used or not. In the meantime, do your own researches.
