Alrighty folks, after saying I'm gonna do it for about a week and then FINALLY getting around to it (because I procrastinate), I finally did it. Holy hell, Call CNN, right? We need Wolf Blitzer NOW!
But seriously, this took a little doing. Steemit's blog post... "poster" is a bit different from Publish0x, and it required me to kinda freshen up on my understanding of the associated markdown and HTML. Then, after about an hour of things not looking correct to me, I went ahead and said, "F*CK IT", and Googled a basic Steemit template. Because ain't nobody got time fo' dat.
But I Had More Than Enough Time To Make This. Priorities.
But What To Write About?
I figured since I have decent traction doing the stuff I do here, I figured there's no sense in trying to do anything else. I went ahead wrote a quality article on emerging technologies and how they'll affect crypto. I REALLY wanted to save that for this space, but I figured what the hell! It's controversial, so maybe that would be a great start. Kinda like if someone waltzed into your house for the first time and decided to punch your grandma in the face. That would get some attention.
I'm a Sick Son of A Bitch...
So, now all I have to do is format the damn post using the aforementioned template. But first, I made myself a signature cover image:
Nice. That should be stupid enough. I like it. Now for the tedium of actually getting the written article into post and making sure formatting isn't shit. This is actually kinda fun, now that I'm going balls deep into it. The markdown reminds me of the early days back in high school (2003-2007) when I would post on forums and such. I like that little touch of nostalgia, even if they didn't intend for that.

Cool. I take back EVERYTHING I might have said about their posting difficulty. When you actually settle down and stop being a stubborn ass about it (Like I was), it is actually REALLY easy. I actually LOVED doing it! That was fun.
What now, Ginger Man?
Well, now we wait and see what happens. I'm hoping that my little bit of STEEM POWAH that I bought will give my post a TEENY WEENIE little bump. Hopefully. I set it up to where all my rewards are in SP, so I can continue to increase my clout. I'm not expecting to turn any money from this thing for a bit, so I don't mind doing that in order to REALLY get some influence drummed up. Then... We shall see. I wanna contribute to the community, and that's my First priority for now.
