Cudo Miner is a GUI miner interface that determines the best crypto to mine based upon your computer/laptop hardware and settings. It automatically changes crypto mining according to your computer's load as well as the difficulty and hash rate of each crypto.

Certainly worthy of a look. I have received several payments from them and use them interchangeably with NiceHash, Cryptotab and Honey Miner.
