The Poolin mining pool has announced the suspension of mining of the Bitcoin SV cryptocurrency, starting from may 7, 2020.

Until then, users were asked to switch their power to bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash mining.

Poolin also stressed that it is necessary to specify an active wallet address to withdraw Bitcoin SV by may 20. Otherwise, the balance in BSV can only be withdrawn using the support service.

Recall that last month, halvings were held in the Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin SV networks. Some analysts believe that they had a "dramatic impact" on both forks.

Earlier, Poolin Vice President Alejandro de La Torre said that more and more Bitcoin Cash miners are switching to bitcoin mining after the halving occurred.
