Claymore Does Exit Scam
Sad news for Deflating token community as Claymore Developer (Alias John) today generated more tokens through a loophole in the smart contract that allowed them to create new tokens top of the ones that were created initially. Problem obviously here was nobody went to look the contract and see this loophole that was created inside it. I am not a coder so i probably wouldn't been able to check it out, but i'm still very sorry for promoting the project (paid video) that i did last week.
When we look at overall activity and success of the Claymore (CLM) project, it wasn't bad. However it was started as a scam from the start, since the smart contract always gets done in the beginning. There was actually real promise with the project if it had gone legit in my point of view, given the amount of accounts, transactions, price it was looking active community.
Even one person took a real tattoo for the project, man that must suck really bad right now.
Apparently the head of YouTube, MiclabTV did a video response over the matter and claimed had nothing to do with the exit scam and so did Community Manager Cris. I think we have to acknowledge that these two people did appear with their names and real faces unlike the CEO, who was suppose to do a big reveal today (a new exchange) if Cris and Mic were part of the scam they wouldn't have showed their faces. So my conclusion is that there was a sole actor of CEO who probably along with hes pajeet friends who orchestrated this scam.
Once again i'm sorry about people who saw my video and made some purchases over Claymore, in future i have to perhaps get a guy who can verify smart contracts for me (it's not something that everyone can do). I will keep being transparent about things that ive been personally involved in and keep it straight with my audience in future as i have in the past. It's unfortunate, but always do research in crypto thats all i can say (That being said from their page and whitepaper it seemed rather solid project).
