Just 2 days into Ethereum’s 5th anniversary and hackers are live-streaming again a new Ethereum giveaway titled ‘Cryptocurrency- What is Ethereum and Bitcoin’ in the hacked youtube channel of ‘Ethereum Foundation’, a channel with 1.96 Million subscribers enticing people to take part in the scheme.

An old interview of Vitalik Buterin is being live-streamed and the viewers are being asked to participate in the 100.000 ETH giveaway promising them an offer to send double the amount of ETH if they deposit the same into their (hackers) ETH address provided in the video.

At the time of my writing atleast 61,000 viewers were watching the live-stream.

It seems that these hackers have developed a penchant for hacking Youtube & Twitter at their own whims and fancies & both these social media sites are at the wits end to understand the chronology of events.
