Another workout down! This one was a little tough, as I normally work out during the morning but just finished this one in the evening.
It was also a tough day with a lot of challenges, but glad I got some sets in, but also got over 5 miles in on the bike!
All sets done with rings except for the pushups!
Pull-ups
Set 1: 6 Reps
Set 2: 5 Reps
Chin-ups
Set 1: 5 Reps
Set 2: 4 Reps
Ab Raises
Set 1: 8 Reps
Set 2: 8 Reps
Pushups
Set 1 : 10 Reps
Definitely going to get more stretching in through some light yoga tonight!
