Had a great personal yoga session yesterday before my workout! I got in 30 minutes of stretches and poses that really helped relieve a lot of tension in my body.
After that, I headed into my calisthenics workout. My strength was still low from the tightness I was feeling in my body, but the key is to always show up each day and do my best!
All exercises below are with rings except for the pushups.
Chin-ups
Set 1: 6 Reps
Set 2: 5 Reps
Pull-ups
Set 1: 5 Reps
Set 2: 3 Reps
Ab Raises
Set 1: 8 Reps
Pushups
Set 1: 7 Reps
