This is the first week I’m back to working out after taking two months to heal from a neck/trap muscular injury that really threw me off my flow.
After lots of physical therapy, massages, and epsom salt baths, I finally feel comfortable getting back to my workouts.
I started today with bicep curls with the resistance bands, then moved onto some pushups, body weight squats, as well as a couple sets of pull and push ups.
My strength has dropped of course, but it’s so nice to finally be getting back in the flow.
Things can throw us off, but we can always get back up!
