Amongst all the foods we consume daily, how many are really safe? Is it true that they are all fully processed and standardized? Check the photo below:

Did you look closely? Ask yourself a question, how many days do we have in February?

Let me answer you, the highest we can have is in a leap year when February has 29 days. Okay, fair enough!

Let us get back to the picture. In 2017 I walked into a store and reluctantly picked a small packet of frozen juice to quench my thirst on a sunny day. After emptying the contents into my belly I then decided to read what was printed on the packaging. To my surprise the best before date was 30 February, 2018. What, how so!? I posted this picture on Facebook and somehow I stumbled into it again today.

Then I asked myself;

Are we really safe with everything we eat? Are the expiry dates true or just predictions?

Lesson Learnt

It is very important to consume the foods we trust they have been processed properly. Sometimes we fall sick all of a sudden and wonder what could be the cause. It is possible we consumed poorly processed foods.
