Awareness of mental health speculates that, life changes reasonably and precisely. No one understands why it changes and when it happens.
I believe that, the awareness of personal success lacks behind and is easily lost in the world of today. Many of us aren't fully determined over the spiritual, physical, and mental health.

We don't fully understand ourselves to create awareness, development, and skill. The mental health shouldn't be lacking while the world continues changing. We tend to lose out over the capacity of success without understanding the mental development.
The World Health Organization's definition of mental health:
A state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community. Referenced to the Wikipedia.
According to psychological understanding, the mental health is the innermost capacity that all of us undertake throughout the lifetime. Personal growth continues as a process of learning about ourselves, developing a mindset, and improving on success.

In the world of today, the spiritual meaning of life is associated with the inner mindset. We all have different kinds of obstacle that should be overcome. Contrarily, the physical capability is related to the body ability, physique, and complexity. We have to exercise ourselves to improve ourselves.
The lifestyle, health, and other activities depend on the strength and capacity. Accordingly, the mental development combines the emotional feeling that is associated with the life experience and inner energy.
In the inner world, a mental awareness of mistake, failure, and setback tends to happen over a long period of time. In our everyday life, any kind of spiritual or physical event leads to a change of life.
Eventually, life has to change and we have to follow. The future time is unknown to all of us. We gesture on what is currently happening to us. We speculate on what is coming next according to the resilience over the setback.

Enough of resilience is necessary over a setback. Becoming truly resilient and bouncing back after failure requires having self-belief. Belief in oneself becomes a mental skill that needs enough of self-esteem and self-confidence.
In conclusion, all the personality skills take a lot of resilience to be discovered along the journey of life. The way of life can't become successful and happy without understanding the mental health.
We should learn, change, and grow along a journey of life. The development of mental health, life skill, and personal success is pertinent to the world of today.
