RWT, remember this one. I exercised the option yesterday. First time I have ever performed an exorcism. I now own 400 shares of a stock that pays $.30 a quarter.

I do love margin. As of right now I do. After converting the options to stock. I was able to use the margin that owning that stock provided me to by 3 sets of calls. I have not checked the market yet today. With the exception of RWT. RWT is up in pre market trading. I ‘, telling you this is a god send. I could not of dreamed of a stock doing so well. I guess in a dream. And I am up 39.1% at the end of the trading day yesterday.

I remember reading some where. That recessions and depressions, if traded correctly will make you tons. I forget the guys name. Old man trades stock Burkshire Hathaway. 2 years ago he started moving in to cash and cash equivalents. Last I remember before this. He was at %60 cash. That old man is making some money now.

I don’t have much more. Not much other going on here. I know we are dealing with virus stuff. I watch the news from 8am to 5pm Mon thru Fri.

no need to get all down about the medical emergency. We are making money. And when they pass the stimulus. I will be able to get a small business loan. That way I can pay my employee a salary for the next 4 months. I may even higher a domestic engineer to help me take care of my kids. I have a women in mind.

Or how much debt we are getting ourselves into. Do you know how the government pays off debt. By inflation. Inflation is the enemy of the poor. Deflation on the other hand helps the poor. If every year my money was worth 5% more. Then things would get cheaper. So if you save for 20 years. With deflation, You could retire at 40.
