This is not symbolic participation. It is real lawmaking, conducted transparently and according to constitutional procedure.
How to Engage
All active legislative proposals are publicly available at:

There, you can review current drafts and submit your comments directly.

Understanding the constitutional framework ensures that feedback remains principled, coherent, and aligned with our core values.
You may also join the dedicated Legislation chat within the Liberland Services app (available on the App Store and Google Play), where discussions and updates will be shared.
How the Legislative Process Works
- The Cabinet prepares and submits a legislative proposal.
- The Congress conducts the First Reading.
- The proposal is opened for public comment (minimum one week).
- The Minister of Justice compiles public feedback and presents it during the Second Reading.
- If approved by Congress, the proposal proceeds to Referendum.
This ensures transparency, deliberation, and direct democratic legitimacy.
What Happens Next
Several key laws are already public and moving forward:
- Judiciary Process Law – expected to enter Second Reading next week, followed by Referendum.
- Referendum Law
- Delict Law
- Company Law
These form the structural backbone of our legal order and will shape Liberland’s institutional development for years to come.
