Dear Friends,
Hormones play a vital role in our health.
Be it in positive and in negative aspects of all our life and with mood swings.
Four hormones play a pivotal role in determining human happiness.
They are:
1- Dopamine
2- Oxytocin
3- Serotonin
4- Endorphins

1. Dopamine
In the continuous journey of life, each of us achieves something whether great or small. When we acknowledge these achievements, our body releases the hormone known as dopamine. This hormone is secreted generating a sense of happiness within us whenever we receive appreciation for the tasks we perform and the efforts we undertake.
This explains why many homemakers often feel unhappy; the lack of dopamine secretion is a primary contributing factor. Since they rarely receive adequate appreciation for the daily chores and efforts they invest, this hormone is seldom released within their bodies.
2. Oxytocin
This hormone is released in our bodies, often bringing us joy and when we meet our cherished friends, shake their hands or give them a hug. That is precisely why we experience such immense happiness when we affectionately embrace and cuddle our wives and children at home.
3.Serotonin
This hormone is released when we seek the well-being of others and extend whatever assistance we can to them. Consequently, we experience a deep sense of contentment whenever we complete an action that proves beneficial to our natural world or our community.
That is why we experience boundless joy when we teach something to others, share a useful post on social media, or simply extend a helping hand to someone in need.
4.Endorphins
Our body secretes this hormone as a reward for the effort we expend after engaging in walking, physical exercise, or sports. This is precisely why we experience a distinct sense of happiness after working out. Furthermore, laughter is an excellent way to stimulate the release of endorphins.
To ensure we receive the benefits of the endorphin hormone, it is essential that we engage in 30 minutes of daily exercise and find joy in recreational activities.
Summary of the above points:
- To boost Endorphin levels, we must engage in some form of physical exercise every day.
- To boost Dopamine levels, we should accomplish at least one small achievement each day.
- To boost Serotonin levels, we should, in some way, strive to contribute to the well-being of others.
- To boost Oxytocin levels, we should affectionately embrace and cuddle our wives and children.
Let's try to increase this make our life happy!
Have a great time ahead!
