When we do not give direction to the brain.

you should only learn things that are relevant to it.
You don't need to read everything.
Your goal:
• If it's psychology → study it.
• If it's business → delve into it.
• If it's health → focus on it.
If the brain learns in a clear direction:
• The subconscious becomes active
• Creativity increases
• Innovation comes
• Confidence increases
• Distraction decreases
What is true happiness?
The most beautiful truth that everyone understood in this session:
Happiness is not something that someone gave us.
It is:
• Surprise
• Appreciation
• Love
• Gift
These are not.
They are temporary happiness.
True happiness:
• When we create something ourselves
• When we discover our potential
• When we discover something new
• When we do something useful for society
The joy of creation – is permanent.
“I am diabetic” – the problem of identity
A strong part:
Someone named it “Diabetes”.
Now people say:
“I am diabetic.”
“I have thyroid.”
“I have cancer.”
But think about it.
That is someone’s invention.
Their classification.
Why should you accept that as your identity?
Instead:
“I am in a health transition.”
“I am creating a new lifestyle.”
“I am making a change.”
The subconscious asks for your identity.
If you say “I am sick”
the body goes into survival mode.
“I am changing” means
the body will go into growth mode.
Don’t follow others – create
An important secret in life:
If you don’t create,
you will react.
Fear stories,
social labels,
low beliefs
You can design your life by not following these.
Health and purpose

• The brain will filter out negativity

This is not a motivation.
It is a redesign.
Once a person understands how the brain works,
he will not criticise life.
He will begin to design it.
