If a vehicle's engine is broken down, can you travel peacefully? Similarly, if your body is plagued with illnesses and problems, how can you realize your dreams? It's not that you lack talent or opportunities. The bitter truth is that your mind and body lack the energy to pursue your dreams. That is why the dreams and aspirations of many remain buried with their bodies.

Moreover, we are alive only because each organ and system works independently and tirelessly. We feel the urge to urinate and defecate because of the pain caused by the kidneys and intestines. But we are neglecting our bodies, which are under our control, by avoiding exercise, consuming harmful foods for pleasure, and sacrificing sleep. The body signals danger by causing pain in various places. But we take medicines and call it a disease. Is this right?

Those who have achieved success and those who are currently achieving it are all individuals who have subjected themselves to a disciplined lifestyle. Their body is their capital. They rely on it to do everything. Physical exercise is one of the reasons for their extraordinary thinking. They are never tired. They constantly keep their bodies and minds active. If someone dies despite this, it might be due to excessive stress and irregular sleep.

For your health problems to disappear, the blood circulation in your body must flow smoothly. Just as dirt accumulates in stagnant water, impurities accumulate in a stagnant body. Eating high-calorie meals three times a day and then running for 30 minutes to burn those calories will not reduce weight; it will only increase it. To reduce body fat, you must energize your body like children who run and play. That is, you must keep your body active.

There is a big difference between running for 30 minutes a day and exercising frequently. To keep our constantly working organs and systems energized, we too must keep moving. The body should only rest during sleep. This is the law of nature. Our ancestors lived this way.

Frequently, run in place for a count of ten. Dance. Rotate your arms and raise them overhead to perform exercises. Even while cooking, women should do these small exercises frequently at their household level activities. Even at the workplace, give your body small bursts of activity. You can increase the number of repetitions according to your stamina that varies from person to person. 

Those who cannot run should gently move their arms and legs while lying down. In time, your body will cooperate. Until then, continue your efforts and do the exercises little by little.

Just as food is essential for the body, frequent exercise is equally important. This will burn calories regularly, and your body weight will decrease steadily. Don't say you don't have time. Say that you are wasting time on unnecessary things. Life will only be fulfilling if you give your body and mind challenges and difficulties.

This is a truth based on my experience.
