I am sharing a Mind Health Session that we have conducted recently.
I share this with immense joy…
Our 3rd Batch has commenced beautifully during this month.
Even though it is election season here in India
And despite everyone being busy with politics…
Over 200 people have joined with great enthusiasm.
All the workers of two renowned companies were granted special permission to attend the session as they find this is important for their workers.
The Real-Life Issues they Shared including.
Many participants shared their experiences in a deeply touching manner during this program.
Few of them were:
• Fear of enclosed spaces (Claustrophobia)
• Stress and anxiety experienced having after their marriage
• Excessive worry regarding their physical health
• Persistent fear and overthinking
In particular, it was evident that health anxiety is on the rise among the participants.
What Happened on this day training?
We didn't just discuss problems…
We provided a deep understanding of the mind (Mental Health Education).
The major and key takeaways for the participants included:
• How experiences during the ages of 0–13 shape the brain
• How minor disturbances can escalate into significant suffering
• How this diminishes one's "brain power" (cognitive capacity)
• How this subsequently manifests as health issues, fear, and anxiety
A Key Realization
It is not the events themselves… but how we perceive them that really matters.
A life-transforming realization:
Pay close attention to your thoughts:
• Is this thought helping me?
• Or is it disturbing me?
This single realization is sufficient to transform your life.
Key Lessons Learned
Your thoughts create your subsequent experiences.
Negative thoughts → Negatively impact both your health and your life.
Clear, positive thoughts → Lead to a fulfilling life.
For whatever you wish to manifest in your life…
Do not merely say, "I want it."
Instead, of feeling, it as if you are already experiencing it—say, "I am experiencing this."
Why?
The brain connects through feeling.
Feeling → Chemical change
Chemical change → Changes in health and life
Meditation Practice
Observe your breath.
Sense your body—become aware of every single part of it.
Quiet your mind.
Create the life you desire.
