Dear Friends,

Have you ever think of each and every behaviour of us has a strong story of suffering?

The hidden suffering behind Human behavior
What do we often think when we observe another person?
“Why are they behaving this way?”
“Why are they getting so angry?”
“Why are they making such mistakes?”
But in reality, most of most of the time
there lies a form of suffering behind their behavior.
It is a suffering born from complications that have arisen within their brain.
When a person's brain is compromised at various levels,
it manifests outwardly as difficulties, psychological distress, and behavioral disorders.

First-Level Suffering
This is something everyone experiences.
When someone around us is struggling,
witnessing their plight causes us to suffer inwardly as well.
This level constitutes a normal emotional impact.
At this stage,
one may occasionally experience stress, anger, or sadness.
However, we all are remain capable of navigating to perform daily lives normally.

Second-Level Suffering
When a person is engaged in an activity,
they are frequently subjected to criticism:
“That isn't right.”
“Don't do that.”
“You're doing it wrong.”
Words of this nature
create a disturbance within the brain.
At this stage,
minor symptoms such as anger, stress, headaches, and physical fatigue may emerge.
This really marks all the moment when one begins to get stress easily.

Third-Level Suffering
Beyond mere criticism,
verbal attacks begin to ensue.
“Everything is your fault.”
You are the problem.”
Words of this nature
inflict deep wounds upon the psyche.
At this stage,
symptoms of depression may appear;
one may experience internalised sorrow and mental confusion,
and frequent bouts of fever, colds, and similar ailments may arise.
This marks the onset of anger and stress.

Fourth-Level Suffering
At this level, arguments and verbal abuse intensify.
When a person is frequently subjected to scolding or abuse,
their brain begins to perceive itself as being in an unsafe state. Consequently,
fear, excessive anxiety, physical pain, and
gastrointestinal issues may arise.
This is the point in where the chronic stress takes a strong hold to us.

Stage Five: Anguish
This stage involves physical punishment.
If a person is subjected to frequent physical punishment,
deep-seated fear and anguish take root in their mind.
And immense internal pressure would develop. Physical ailments also intensify.
This is the point at which a deep depression sets in.

Stage Six: Anguish
If verbal abuse and physical punishment
persist continuously over time,
the brain suffers severe damage.
Consequently,
extreme mental stress, intense fear, and anxiety—
along with symptoms of depression—escalate. Physical organ damage may also occur.
This is where anxiety and fear reach critical levels.

Stage Seven: Anguish
If the anguish continues to intensify,
mental health issues become severe.
At this stage,
excessive anxiety and depression—
and at times, severe mood swings—may emerge.
This is where mental health conditions such as bipolar disorder, OCD, schizophrenia, addiction and ADHD manifest and worsen.

Stage Eight: Anguish
If a person's anguish reaches an unbearable level,
they will attempt to find an escape.
This may lead to the development of:
addictions,
destructive habits,
and self-destructive behaviors.

What does a person truly need?
Advice alone is not enough. What a human brain truly needs:
Love, compassion, understanding, connection, and a safe relationship.
When a person feels, "Someone understands me,"
their brain slowly begins to heal.

A New Perspective
The next time someone behaves inappropriately,
the question we should ask is not:
"Why are they acting this way?"
but rather:
"What pain might this person have endured?"

The Secret to Healing
Love heals.
Compassion heals.
Understanding heals.
Connection heals.
When a person feels loved,
both their brain and their life are transformed.
