The last few days has seen various websites flagging my IP address as a possible toxic proxy or VPN - it took me a couple of days to suss out, but figure it out I did - Brave Browser is the issue with IP addresses flagging as a VPN Proxy on your favourite websites and applications.
It was only when I switched to that horror show that is Chrome Browser that I quickly realised the problem. I accidentally signed into one of my website earners via Chrome, where I was quickly presented with a home screen without the flagging of my IP address as a VPN or Proxy.
With this I checked to see if Brave Browser had an announcement - there it was... A new update.
On completion of the update it seems as if all is back to normal and on top of that I had a lot of ads served in the first hour... I did not even realise I had an issue - I just thought ads were being served a little less as often is the case.
I had not had notification of the pending update - on inspection the of my notifications via settings - Brave Browser had somehow been switched off. Worth checking also.
Anyshmoolies... Just a quick heads up for you. Update Brave Browser... It'll fix the bugs.
