My like to dislike ratio is changing.
That doesn't mean much, but I've noticed.
Breaking down the like to dislike ratio is always weird. For example, on YouTube, dislikes are a lot more likely when you upload a Short, for whatever reason.
Facebook is a different animal, and through the years it's changed a lot.
Facebook comments are generally biased negative. This has always been true but, amazingly, this is changing for the better.
It used to be the case that you'd post something and if your audience was large enough, you could expect five or six negative comments for every four positive ones you'd get.
Now it's getting closer to 50-50.
On Publish0x, I got three dislikes for my last five posts, after receiving as many in the previous 12 posts.
I wonder what that means. I'm gonna look into it and get back to you.
But, in the amazing(ly absurd) world of social media, this, contrary to what one might think, is never automatically a bad thing.
