Not sure if aliens exist or not. But the alien has become a common image of a smooth shaven head, nose/socket eyes, thin neck, stubby limbs, and no male/female markings. It is in a way an imaginary drought, an image imposed on us.

The news often that we encounter of UFO triggers our fear and curiosity on the alien movements and their world!

Do we have ears, showing the aliens ears as long or just hollow?

Round eyes, two holes for nose... like the water pipes in our washing machines hanging behind or in front of the neck.

Or animals that drool like dinosaurs and eat or kill humans...

We are all humans.

It is wrong to think that aliens are like the human body.

But movies have forced it into our minds.

Whatever you tell the AI, it will prepare and deliver it perfectly. I asked Meta AI to create a different alien image that is not humanoid.

No matter how many words were changed, everything it produced was generally in the same format as what we see in movies and films.

That's because it's entered into the world of Artificial Intelligence.

If aliens exist and come to Earth, they may not even need to breathe.

Oxygen itself may be life that does not need it. Ears may not be needed to hear the sound. Air itself may be food, or food may not be needed. If you keep thinking about the possibilities like this...

In one of novels that I studied, the hero's cell lands on an alien planet. There will be massive pillar-like structures. Only after some time will he understand - that they are the life of that planet.
